- Helms are measured around the OUTSIDE of the helm at the eye slot. Measure YOUR head circumference (at your brow) and then add 7". This will give you the size of helm to order from us. For example, your head circumference = 23" + 7" = 30" Order a 30-31" helm. We can exchange if the size is not correct.
